When giving a villager with set trades a new workbench, he will be able to lose it to other villagers although the workstation is not broken and the villager is not moved out of range.

How to replicate:

1. Give a villager a profession and trade with him to set his trades.
2. Remove his workbench and give him a new one, make sure he is assigned to the new work bench (if he unlocks locked trades or by using the /data get entity __ Brain command.
3. Make another villager get in range
4. Wait and see that the new villager will steal the workbench.

Expected behavior:

A villager will not give away his workbench when assigned to one, and will not lose his workbench unless moved out of range or if the workbench is destroyed.

The bug makes it impossible to make a trading hall where the villagers restock, as they will just switch workbenches such that they can nolonger access their workstation to restock.
