Fishing: enchanted items fished are invisible

      Fishing enchanted items USUALLY results in xp but no item in the inventory.  I am playing on a vanilla 1.14 server.  I have gone through 3 fishing rods and only gotten 2 enchanted books and an enchanted rod.

      I have successfully fished up lots of junk and fish.
