I decided to move my server over to the 1.14.1 pre-release and now my villagers wont use their houses at night

Edit: Upon further inspection it also appears they have lost their nbt data for where their homes are and only have their jobsite memories.. I have attached a file showing the nbt as collected from F3+i you can see that the "memories" data closes after the dimension is listed

Edit #2: It appears this is linked to MC-151097 because once i broke the doors the villager repaired and its "home" nbt data restored
