I have visited an estimated 80+ villages in my 1.14 world and no "Jellie" cat variants have been spawned for me. I suspect the issue is that my world was created in 1.13 and upgraded to 1.14 upon release. I have created a creative world and tested spawning cats with the cat egg, and found equal distribution of all cat types including Jellie. for the last 50 villages I have visited, i marked all the cats i spotted in a spreadsheet to notice any other spawning abnormalities. My findings showed that I was seeings equal amounts of all 10 other cat variants but not a single "Jellie".
