I was playing around in creative mode when I noticed that, compared to other blocks, nether wart blocks glow blue when they are in low light levels. This is less apparent when the brightness is all the way at max but is very extreme at lower brightness settings. I'm not sure if this is based on the texture or if it is a general lighting problem. This block was really the only one to glow however.

It was an issue on my computer due to screen gamma, try messing with your computer settings if you have the same issue and want it fixed.
