Chunks are loading extremely slowly, sometimes not at all. Screenshot is from survival, bit this happens both in creative mode and in survival mode on single player.

Steps to reproduce: Just play, it always happens 100% of the time for me regardless of the world settings. It happens more frequently on creative mode, but I suspect simply because it's loading chunks faster while flying around.
