The Issue:
The optimize world button also has "and load" at the end after backup, but it doesn't load the world. Either it should load afterward and it doesn't or it shouldn't load at all and the text shouldn't be there.

To reproduce:
From the menu, click single player, click a world, click edit, click optimize world, and the click "backup and load". Clicking it optimizes the world but does not load the world.
