Water clipping (z-fight) through waterlogged stairs

    • Latest release, 1,14. No mods or datapacks. Installed on Windows 10 PC with MSI GTX 970 with latest drivers. 2GB of RAM available for minecraft. 

      FOV, Fancy or Fast graphics, smooth lighting and V-sync all make no difference.

      When looking at the flat backside of waterlogged stairs from about 24 blocks away, the water seems to clip through the stairs, akin to z-fighting.
