Operation system: Windows 10 (This happens on all devices, as its not a bug, but rather an issue in the coding.)

Unconfirmed
What I expected to happen was...:
The smoke should go in front of the water, instead of being transparent, as the smoke is over 10 blocks away from the water.
What actually happened was...:
Instead of showing the smoke in a realistic way in front of the water, it instead makes it transparent.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft/Place a campfire.
2. Look at some water through the campfire.
A way to fix it is to make the transparent smoke less transparent when there is water behind it. The smoke in front of water is is way more transparent, than if you are looking at a normal block through the smoke.
