When stacking Scaffoldings upwards until 95 y the textures break and turn black. All the textures nearby also turn black including character model and items when held or dropped. 

To reproduce:

Enter creative mode. Place two scaffoldings on top of each other, then look at the bottom of the scaffolding and place them and they will stack upwards. In my game when the Y of the Scaffoldings reaches 95 and you fly up the textures turn black and the character model and whatever he is holding turns black as well. This affects everything in a 26 block radius.It seems to be a lighting and shadow issue because torches fix the problem when placed.
