Player can't eat certain foods unless they aren't highlighting a block.

What I expected to happen was...:

I thought this was just something with the sweet berries but it affects other foods. Normally you can eat food even if you're highlighting a block.

What actually happened was...:
With Sweet Berries it's understandable because the game has to place berry bushes, but with other plantable foods such as carrots/potatos you also can't eat them unless you look at the sky for example.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to survival mode

2. Get hungry.

3. Give yourself a plantable food (Basically anything you can directly plant it in the ground or soil).

4. Look at any block, making sure it's highlighted.

5. Eat the food. You'll find you can't do it even when you're hungry.
