1.14 snapshot server on any players that aren't on the host computer

I was running my server and created a new world with the 1.14 snapshot server jar and had my friends join when suddenly, the chunks stopped loading for everyone except for me, the host of the server. To test, create a server with the newest 1.14 snapshot, then have another player join it and walk until the chunks stop rendering. The server was completely vanilla and so were all clients
