Villagers that wouldn't multiply at all before 19w13a (who seemed to be fine in 19w13a, with a baby or two born), started multiplying insanely in 19w13b!

In 19w13a, they were doing great at finding and keeping their own beds, in the same areas as their work stations. Now the babies come running and grab ALL the beds, and the adults wander around complaining. Then, when they can't find beds, they pile in and walk all over the beds where the babies are sleeping, and if there's an adult, it gets woken up.

Also, they are not gathering around the bells as they should. All of that was working in 19w13a, but the bed problems were spewing them through walls, etc.

In 19w13b, THAT definitely seems to be resolved, but with the infinitely-spawning villagers, it's just ridiculous. It also means that in the village where I had maybe 15 villagers and was content with that, where I had no golems at all, now suddenly I have over 100 villagers, and 10 golems thumping around all over the place!

In a different world (brand new in 19w13b), the villagers in the village I found would only use a single bed in one house, and ANY OTHER BEDS, anywhere in the village, evidently weren't good enough. That means that all villagers who can't sleep in that one bed, just run in and out the doors all night, plus they paid no attention to the work stations, and ringing the bell didn't send them indoors for a few minutes...it just made them run around outside like chickens with their heads cut off.

      Sigh...
