Been playing in my survival world lately and been exploring biomes such as Desert Savanna. The weird thing is that the hostile mobs won't spawn at all in these 2 biomes (and I am on Normal Difficulty with proof). But when I leave the world and go back to it, they will then eventually spawn. (Got no proof, but it weirdly happens!)
