When I was creating a map in Minecraft 1.13.2, all the hoppers, command blocks, repeaters, etc. They stopped working as they should, basically, now, they go much slower than they should. It's not real LAG, it's like "RandomTickSpeed" is down, but it's actually 3. I really need help, the commands do not work as they should, repeaters on a tick, last a second...

Edit: I discovered, by F3+B, that there was like 16000 area_effect_cloud´s in the air, so I killed avery one, and its solved, really rare...
