When using the United States Dvorak keyboard input, the F3 debug key bindings interpret keystrokes as if they were made on a QWERTY keyboard. For example, to show the list of the keybindings on a Dvorak keyboard, one must press F3 + ', because the {{' }}key on a Dvorak keyboard is where Q would be on a QWERTY keyboard.
