When I attempt to place an item frame it does not show up where I click. The item frame(s) appear at a certain x coordinate from what I could tell. The x coordinate seems to be chosen at random for each world (in one world it was x=57 and another it was x=9). All of the item frames appear on the x coordinate for the world and when I increased the y height of where ever I placed the item frame, the x coordinate it appeared at would increase by one.

Steps to Reproduce:
1- Please note it is easiest to find the item frames you place in a superflat world.

2-Place an item frame, it's that easy.

3- From what I could tell the item frame never appeared far from the point where you spawn.

4- Also note that the y value to which you placed the item frame corresponds to the y and x values the item frame appears. for instance at placing an item frame at x0 y4 z0 the item frame may appear at x5 y4 z0. And if you placed it at x0 y10 z0 the item frame might appear at x11 y10 z0
