I have the above list of affected versions, I think I got all of the ones I wanted. I noticed this when I had the demo, I thought it was probably just a glitch in the demo, however, I have since gotten the full version, and it actually is in all versions(i assume) beyond 1.13.2 as well. I recently updated to the 19w02a snapshot, and the problem persists. the problem proceeds as follows:

I start a new world. I go to the nearest tree and start breaking it. I break a couple of blocks, and then one breaks and then suddenly reappears. this may seem like a double post, but the other person I found was talking about a server.

to recreate:

simply start a survival world, and try to break the ENTIRE nearest tree.
