Client:
* Windows 10 v1809 (+*<-Most likely the culprit*+)
* Minecraft Java Edition - v1.13.2
* Java 8 - 8.0.1440.1 (Error occurred with old version as well as newer version)
* Java 8 - 8.0.1910.12 (Updated to this version to see if old version was the issue)
* NOTE: Error did not occur with Windows 10 v1803
** Also tried on another PC currently running Windows 10 v1803 and it loaded successfully.
Server:
* Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard x64
* AMP Instance Manager v1.7.0.0 with McMyAdmin 3
* Minecraft - Spigot Build (Error occurs in Official Minecraft build as well)
* Java 8 - 8.0.1440.1

Curious to see if anyone else is seeing the attached error after updating to Windows 10 v1809. I've spent 2 hours troubleshooting and am just not ready to roll back the OS.
Client Error: Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
Server Output:

Server does not seem to be showing any errors when the client errors out, just a disconnection.
