Well, in 1.12 it can stop you from teleport at any higher Y=4096 but 1.13(a released one,not the snapshot) didn't warn me

So i execute:'/tp ~ 99999999999 ~' and it take me to that area, but it immediately crash and say:"Invalid move player packet received", then it took me to server list creepy way

And, whenever i come back that world, i get that message again, or it succeed loaded but get frozened

Now i even see the "##<world name>.UNDO##" in the world directory(%appdata%\.minecraft\saves)

Please, Mojang, fix me this bug in next 1.14!!!
