The chunks do not load in properly. The chunks just load then the chunks right next to them don't load in. When i re-log most of the time it fixes the issue but sometimes when I re-log the chunks don't load in and at get annoying most of the time. And I have only seen this issue on multiplayer

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought that the chunks would load in as normal and at a normal distance

What actually happened was...:
The chunks just didn't even load when i was right next to the chunks and sometimes in the chunks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I go to the end of where my chunks stop loading
2. Then I re-log
3. If the re-log doesn't work then i try again.
4. If the re-log still doesn't work then i just give up on playing for then
