The end gateway portal was supposed to teleport the player to the end city.

The bug made the player and other entities teleported go back to the end base instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Travel to the end dimension
2. Kill the dragon
3. Send an entity or player through the end gateway.

{the gateway takes the entities back to the end base instead of to the end city. {strangely enough, this very serious glitch has been there since 18w44a and is left unfixed}
