Since the update, I've spent ages waiting around at my bamboo farm. In previous versions, at least one piece of bamboo would of grown before the slime machine reached the other end, but after waiting around a while and after my slime machine has completed its run through the machine harvesting it all, not one piece has grown.

The same has happened to my Sugar Cane and Cocoa Beans.

Edit: I can also safely say Dirt turning into Grass Blocks is also affected.
