I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate and Java build 1.8.0_191-b12
# When you kill the dragon the portal to the other part of the end is reversed, meaning that the portal that's supposed to take you to the other part takes you home. I had to go to creative and summon a new endgate block, and that fixed it. When you do finally get to the other part, the portal that is supposed to take you home teleports you to where the end gate is supposed to take you.
# The elytra doesn't engage in the end

What I expected to happen was...:
- get to the endgate and go to the other part of the end
- the elytra would engage when I pressed space
- Kill the enderdragon and be able to go to the overworld
What actually happened was...:
- The endgate teleported me back to the obsidian platform in the main part of the end
- I fell to my death
- I had to /kill myself**
Steps to reproduce...:
- Get a computer with the same specs as listed above (or not, I'm not a computer scientist)
- Go to the end and kill the dragon
- Exit and Save
- Try to go through the endgate and engage an elytra
