When a block of fire gets destroyed, by having a the block fire's on mined/deleted/burned away, it plays the sound of wool breaking. Does not happen when the fire goes out naturally.
In video I only show an example with leaves, but happens with other blocks that fire is on.
Tested and happens on all the versions listed above and Minecraft 1.13, 1.13.1, 18w43a (because wasn't allowed to list that)
Suspected to be the case, but not tested for 1.13.1 - pre1, -pre2, 1.13.2 - pre1, -pre2.
