Thunderstorms not occuring in 1.13.2?

      Description

      Multiplayer server, recently updated to 1.13.2 from 1.13.1.

       

      Ever since the update, there has not been a single natural thunderstorm. Rain occurs and continues like normal, though it never progresses to a thunderstorm on its own. Thunderstorms occured as normal on previous versions.

       

      Possibly just dumb luck, but asked on Reddit and other users reported similar issues. Is this a real bug?
