Not sure if intended or if there is more to this then what I am seeing but I noticed that when I paused the game in the ocean, that the seagrass kept moving (doing its 'animation') So is the kelp and I wonder what else. Mobs don't move but it is interesting. (I am trying to help find the source for the ocean lag) Apologies if a ticket already exists for this. I attached a short clip of it.
