I was traveling with my pets and then I noticed my parrots wouldn't follow me anymore.

What I expected to happen was...: My wolf and my parrot were following me around different biomes when I got to the biome tundra I noticed my parrot was not teleporting to me over the snow biome. Unlike how my wolf pet was. The wolf pet when noticed would spawn +1 extra block over the snow.

What actually happened was...: My parrots didn't teleport at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a block with snow or plant vegetation on it.
2. Having your pets near the border of the snow notice how they only fly to you but when you get far enough they stop.
3. When breaking grass or snow the parrots teleport directly to that block to catch up with you.
