im playing on a *MacBook*{color:#FF0000}.{color} Sometimes i switch between the versions of Minecraft Java. Scrolling on the older versions is much faster but on *1.13* it’s much slower and sometimes it doesn’t work. I don’t  know if this is on all computers but I researched and people says that it’s only on Mac
