Reported to Mojang support :
[for release 1.12.2] for several days leading to the final failure, the launcher would download "native windows .jar" files. my game has become laggy and progressively slower each time (still playable). until the latest release (1.13, i still play 1.12.2), now i get only about 2 or 3 fps at most. i have updated java and video drivers, no help. i also typically pause the game and allow it to update chunks, but no change. i have uninstalled several external programs in hopes it would help, also, no change. any way to get a previous version of 1.12.2 so i can continue to enjoy minecraft?
Tested 1.13 and 1.11, both are laggy, but playable. Only 1.12.2 seems to be so slow that it has become unplayable. No version has same performance as had before release of 1.13.
