So i was playing around with the riptide enchantment a bit and i found this bug. When you exit the water whilst riptiding, keep going up in the rain and then come crashing down against the ocean floor, you will take fall damage.

To reproduce:

1. Make sure it's raining.
2. Make sure you're fully submerged.
3. Use your riptide to go up, out of the water.
4. Keep riptiding up until you reach about 5000 blocks in altitude
5. Face down and keep riptiding downwards in your fall.
6. When you hit the ocean floor, you will die from fall damage.
