I just beat the End Dragon (i.e., after 1.13 was released. I was playing the latest snapshots before that, in case that's relevant). But even before I beat it (I died once), when I respawned at the bed, I would go about business as usual for several seconds (15-20?) and then be glitched back to the bed. Also, I noticed that before glitching back to the bed, I was unable to open any chests. This has happened more than once, it's a consistent behavior.
