When Playing in 1.13, when I try to scroll across my hotbar, the mouse wheels clicks do not sync with the hotbar selection travel, I might have to scroll 2 or 3 times more just to get it the same distance. If it helps, I am on Mac OS High Sierra while typing this, using a Razer Mamba TE mouse on Synapse.
