When trying to switch handheld items with the mouse wheel, the wheel sensitivity is too low.

For example, In the old version of minecraft, you only need to scroll one wheel unit to switch to the next hand item, but in the new version of minecraft, you need to scroll at least 5~8 wheel units to switch.

At first I thought it was a mouse problem, so I tried to change another mouse, still like that.

Next, I thought it was a system problem, so I used another Windows computer to test it, but still like that.

Finally, I think it is a minecraft version because I have not encountered it in the old version 1.12.2.
