My screen can show up to 75 Hz.

This is the refresh rate I have set for the desktop, but I cannot see it in any resolution in the "fullscreen resolution" setting. Every option leads to 60 Hz or less.

Even "Fullscreen Resolution: Current" does change the refresh rate to 60 Hz.

The problem probably resides in the fact that 1080p@75 Hz is not available by default on nvidia config panel. I had to create a custom resolution for my screen to reach 75 Hz.
