Bug description:
Bubble column 'swirl' effects, created by magma blocks, get clipped on the edge when a block is next to the bubble column. The height of the column doesn't get clipped, and the 'suck the player down' effect isn't affected, but the bubble swirl effect can be stopped on the edge if a block is placed there (see illustrations). The swirl continues normally if there are no more blocks above or below the clipping blocks.
Expected to see:
Swirl effect continues along the length of the entire bubble column even when blocks are surrounding the bubble column, similar to how the bubble column looks with soul sand. Bubbles may clip a little bit into adjacent blocks, also similar to how the bubbles behave in a soul sand bubble column.
