I use a Windows 10 operating system, though I do not use the Windows 10 version. I use the Java Edition (though unfortunately I could not easily identify my Java version; I would have had to download multiple things).

In the 1.13 snapshots, bold characters look... strange. Odd "inlets" into the letters where bright pixels should be, aberrant "letter shadows" that are not in line with the rest of the letter, and general weirdness. See the attached screenshot (which only shows a few letters, unfortunately) for examples of these odd letter sprites.
