What I expected to happen was...:
Player appears to ride minecart

What actually happened was...:
Minecart moves, player teleports between location of minecart and original location and/or appears a few blocks away from minecart at any given time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join any multiplayer server
2. Have another player ride a minecart
