Minecraft 1.13-pre4 Failed To Generate worlds and took 30 Minutes to hit 1% Once, Also This Problem Occurred on my Old Laptop On Versions 1.7+

So I'm Not Sure Why It's Back For This Laptop I Got In 2016

It Says:

(Nothing else or it will go to 1%) Also I have to force close the game bcuz It doesn't close.
