When a command argument is a number, and you input a number outside the admitted range, the warning message switches the position of the value that you entered and the boundary of the possible range.
In the attachment is very clear: it states that "Integer must not be less than 0, found 1 at position..." You can see clearly that the 0 should be 1 and vice versa.
This applies to every command argument that is a number.
