Issues to load chunks and massive lag spikes while flying with elytra

      when i try to travel with the elytra on single player i experiment several chunk load error, fps drops and lag in general, making me almost unable to use it(i had the same issue on pre.release 1 too), i didnt had that issue on 1.12.2.
