I pressed F2 when I'm on title screen, and I looked into the /screenshots folder, but nothing was recorded. But instantaneously when I pressed F2, the title screen stuck for some milliseconds, which seems like a screenshot was actually taken. But it was not saved. I'm sure I can save a screenshot of the title screen some time ago, see MC-129542.
