In the last snapshot, I had frozen oceans and warm oceans generating in the seed, however cold oceans were next to warm biomes and warm oceans were next to cold biomes. In the latest snapshot, the exact same seed has correctly generated cold oceans next to cold biomes but they also continue to generate next to warm biomes. All warm oceans have been obliterated.
