The bug
- Walking on slabs with your feet sticking out into adjacent shallow flowing water, like on the attached screenshots
- Standing on a fence with shallow floating water on it doesn't allow you to jump, like in
MC-13373
How to reproduce
- Place a bucket of water on flat ground
- Place a slab on the ground 4 blocks away from the water source (so there is three blocks' space in between the slab and the water source)
- Stand on the slab
- Move towards the edge of the slab closest to the water source

Your movement is affected by the water
If you are in third-person mode, you can see clearly that you are not actually in contact with the water.
