I had a previous bug including the messed up paulscode in the 1.4 updates and now the 1.5, making severe scratching noises.
Since 1.4.2, when a minecart is moved or pushed, it makes some sort of chugging noise. I was informed my paulscode got corrupted, so I replaced it with the update under 1.4.2. This had worked, until I had placed a minecart. This minecart when moved, froze my game, and proceeded to crashing Minecraft. I have been having this bug since 1.4.2 and I'm tired of it. I have tried placing minecarts on another system, my father's computer which is a Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.8, i think. THe chugging sound was properly made as it should and no crashing ocurred. I seriously need help with this bug. There is one part that proved it was the paulscode in a crash report. THis was what i found: paulscode.sound.SoundSystem.setVelocity(Ljava/lang/String;FFF)V.
