Conduits, kelp, coral (fans), and tall grass have full hitboxes

      The bug

      Conduits, Kelp, Coral Fans and Tall Sea Grass while expected to have the same hitbox as their modelbox, use the full block hitbox. This is the reason MC-128311 and MC-128393 work and exist.
