Any game mode

You know how rain sound likes? It can be soothing, but for me, every second the rain's sound pauses for a millisecond, and loops back to play it again. It sounds like an alarm going off. Sadly I can't find any method to reproduce this bug, sometimes it happens, sometimes not. When this bugs starts happening, it goes on for never ending streak until I reset my computer.
