The temperature and rainfall values for all ocean biomes (except for frozen ones) are the same as the ones for "Ocean" and "Deep Ocean" biomes prior to 18w08a, regardless of the actual temperature of the ocean. This can be seen in the color of the sky, foliage and in the height that snowfall begins to happen; all the same as the 1.12 and prior oceans, which is an inconsistency.

Temperatures and colors can be as follows (suggestion):

Cold oceans: temperature 0.2; taiga-like foliage; snowing at y=96-128
Standard oceans: temperature 0.5; current ocean colors; raining up to y=256+
Lukewarm oceans: temperature 0.7; foliage color somewhere between forest and jungle; raining
Warm oceans: temperature 0.95; jungle-like or mushroom-like foliage; raining because of humidity

In the picture below all the lifted grass blocks are in warm ocean, and the lower ones in deep cold ocean. No difference.
