I'm unsure if this is an intended feature but iv been noticing that at night in the oceans natural spawned kelp start randomly breaking parts off and ton of kelp float up to the surface of the water there seems to be a double top to the kelp before it breaks and i think it happens when the growth tick happens. I am unable to show this happening but i don't think kelp should be randomly breaking for no rason because i noticed it happens a lot and could get to the point were there so many items it could cause lag.
