I was in a Hardcore world on the second floor of a pyramid and a spider was on the first floor of the pyramid. what I expected to happen was to recover life, what actually happend was that this spider killed me being on the first floor of the pyramid.

You can easily reproduce this bug by doing a structure like the one that is below this text , and putting you in survival in the structure.
